Operation

With Love & Coffee operates Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm. Starting Jan 2021, Tuesdays will be our product drop days with two larger drops each month and mini drops for any upcoming holidays. Our main shipping day is on Thursdays to give us time to attach hardware after the release.

Covid-19 

Our small business is run out of our family home so have put out some regulations to minimize any exposure from our home to yours, and vice versa. We Currently have limited pickup times available to minimize any contact and ensure we have time to sanitize between customers.

Local orders (Saskatoon and area), we will sometimes offer free delivery if contactless drop off is possible and we are headed out anyways, we will contact you if that is an option.

Payment

We accept Debit/Credit cards and PayPal and EMT. Please contact us at withloveandcoffee@gmail.com if you don't see your preferred method of payment.

Shipping

** Current turn around time is 48-72-hrs not including shipping time **

Our regular shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays. We do our best to ship all orders within 24-hrs of an order being placed, however, we are a small shop and life does happen. We have scheduled mail days on Mondays and Thursdays, so, if you place an order between Friday-Sunday it will be guaranteed to ship our the following Monday. This will be valid unless otherwise posed in the announcements.

Once packages are handed over to Canada Post, we are not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen.

Customs import costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If there is a problem with your order and I need to ask a question, you will have 3 calendar days to respond or your order will be cancelled.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. All inquiries about refund, returns and exchanges must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery according to the day shipped in Shopify.
